With us, you will:

• Design and develop AI driven product features from idea to production

• Evaluate and test different AI solutions, language models and tools

• Integrate AI functionality into a modern software platform

• Work with data preparation, model adaptation and evaluation

• Contribute to testing, quality assurance and further development of AI solutions

• Explore new technologies and identify how AI can create value for our users

• Work closely with developers, architects and product owners

AI is not a side project for us. We see artificial intelligence as a central part of the platform’s future development and competitiveness. You will work closely with the CTO and experienced developers to develop new AI based features.

Who we are looking for:

We believe you have strong technical curiosity and enjoy understanding how things work. You may have a background in computer science, computer engineering, cybernetics, artificial intelligence or similar fields. Equally important is your interest in AI and a strong desire to learn.

We would like you to have:

• Experience with programming, preferably in C#, Python or similar languages

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning or language models through studies, projects or personal interest

• Understanding of modern software development and good development practices

• Interest in data, analytics and problem solving

• Ability to work in a structured and independent way

• Good collaboration skills and a desire to contribute to a small and highly competent development team

You do not need to know everything from day one. We are more interested in your ability to learn, your engagement and your potential than a long CV.
